To further support Celestyal’s growth goals, I spearheaded a multi-channel “Enter to Win” competition designed to drive CRM sign-ups, boost brand awareness, and increase engagement across social platforms.

  • Conducted A/B testing on paid content, refining which messaging resonated best with target audiences

  • Partnered with TV presenter Laura Hamilton, whose social posts delivered a 153.9% increase in Instagram views, 111.6% increase in TikTok engagement, and 2.3% MoM audience growth

  • Built a foundation for Celestyal’s new CRM journey, enabling timely follow-up communications with future promises, teasers, and exclusive offers—designed to foster long-term community building

This campaign not only delivered standout results in terms of CRM growth and engagement but also equipped the brand with valuable insights into audience behavior and regional interest, strengthening Celestyal’s ability to target and nurture high-potential markets going forward.

Alongside this campaign, I worked closely with the in-house design team to refine and roll out campaigns that balanced the needs of both consumer and trade audiences, ensuring that messaging was as clear and compelling as the destinations themselves.
