Alexandra Wood Brand
Renowned Savile Row tailor Alexandra Wood, featured on GQ’s Best Dressed list, specifically chose to collaborate with me during my time at Holograph. She was drawn to my passion for clean design and my deep understanding of her vision, which made me the ideal partner for her project.
My role:
The primary goal was to drive newsletter sign-ups and guide users to the relevant sections of the site. Upon landing on the site users were greeted with a form which I implemented with targeted questions to direct users appropriately and pre-filled appointment forms to streamline the booking process.
Alexandra also expressed her desire to be seen as professional while feeling her current site lacked impact. She appreciated my commitment to understanding her customer base and her vision.
Where Alexandra and I drew inspiration from magazines, I developed those ideas into the website design, giving it a more dynamic and timeless feel rather than a flat appearance. The final site is clean, with splashes of colour and a bold fashion magazine feel, reflecting Alexandra’s aesthetic. I created the UX and UI designs with a focus on accessibility and cross-browser navigation.
Brand Guidelines
I also developed comprehensive brand guidelines for Alexandra’s existing logo, establishing a clear framework to ensure consistent branding across all platforms. This was a crucial step, as the company had previously lacked standardised guidelines, and it set the foundation for maintaining a cohesive brand identity moving forward.
Pitch Deck
I played a key role in crafting a compelling pitch deck for the brand, carefully curating images from a recent photoshoot to align with the brand’s aesthetic. My focus was on ensuring visual coherence and consistency throughout the presentation, reinforcing the brand’s identity and appeal to potential clients and investors.
“The passion shown for my project was really exciting. I didn’t want to work with an agency that lacked a personal touch. Becky took the time to understand who my customers are, and her love of simplicity matched with stunning design resonated with me”
